Client Services

We are looking for a friendly Client Services Team Member to join us full-time. This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity for growth!

Our office culture is positive and fun. We work hard, but play hard too! We have awesome holiday parties, team-building events, and occasional Friday happy hours.

You will be responsible for speaking with clients, handling client requests, and onboarding new clients. This is a demanding position that requires a combination of skills.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am to 4pm. Medical / Dental benefits + PTO after 90 days. 

Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Support experience on the phone
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Comfortable handling high-pressure call situations
  • Experience using Gmail and other Google Applications
  • Excellent writing ability (spelling and grammar obsessed)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Applications
  • Can type at least 50 WPM
  • High ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to do a variety of different tasks assigned
  • Understanding of current social media platforms
